Do you support other types of printers?

The vendor portal only supports typical desktop printers. Our goal is to make the portal as easy as possible with “normal” PC hardware. With that in mind, the portal doesn’t support printing to a thermal (roll) printer directly. We do have the Code List option if you have a nontraditional printer or if you want to generate your labels with other software. 

If you do have a thermal printer, we have an app for power vendors called Sandpiper that does support them. If the thermal printer supports printing from a pdf label it should work with Sandpiper.
